*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 16 adults and 6 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1000. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price. There may be a charge for the low seasons.
- End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Swimming pool: Please note that the pool may occasionally be used by the owners if they are on site (they have a separate building within the grounds).
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
