Terms and Conditions
- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid directly to the owner by credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. It will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Heating costs: Heating is charged at €35 per day in the winter (or when needed). This will be deducted from the security deposit.
- End of stay cleaning: 225 euros. The cleaning charge will apply to each week that you stay at the chateau (i.e. if you stay for 2 weeks a full clean will be conducted on the middle Saturday as well as at the end).
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking.
- Catering: During the high season (July & August) 2 table d'hotes dinners must be booked at €45 per person for a 5-course banquet. This can be arranged directly with the owner once your booking has been confirmed.
- Outdoor facilities: All activities, such as swimming pool, tennis court, golf (driving range, putting green etc) are open from the first of May till the first of September.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
