There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a further shared bathroom. Suite Henry IV is the largest and most prestigious suite. There is also a library on the first floor and a separate WC. On the second floor there is another large suite with bathroom and individual sitting room.

There is a slow running river in the grounds where one can fish and a small boat available for guests. Dear Mr. Stoesser, We had a wonderful time and Chateau Chance. We've stayed are several other castles in Scotland and Wales, and we thought Chance was the best. Both of my sons especially enjoyed the piano. We've already recommended the chateau to some of our friends. Kind regards,

Paul Hybel

Hi Heinrich, The chateau was wonderful, my brother entertained us on your new piano, and our children enjoyed the hospitality from Mr Linder and his partner. I wiil send you some images we took of the Chateau and some film of my brother playing the piano, you could put this on your site as a attachment. Thank you again we would have no hesitation at all in booking the Chateau again and will pass the info on to our friends. Best Wishes Darren

I don’t think I can think of a single thing that can be done to improve the experience, we had a fantastic, relaxing week and had a great time.

We had a lovely time at the Chateau and the children enjoyed it immensely. It was great to find that the kitchen was so well equipped and the ladies working in the Gite were very helpful in getting us settled. My only suggestion would be to include some tall candles for the living room candle holders. Many thanks - and I will certainly recommend the Chateau to our friends.

We had such a wonderful time in the chateau. I wish we never had to leave. The dishwasher never did get working. Sandra and Mrs. Chariot did come to have a look at it and couldn't figure it out. We also checked the manual as suggested. We were told to turn on the tap, which was the first thing we tried, but it seemed to be turned off from some water main. All the lights would go on and it would make a sound like it was running, but no water came to the machine so it would stop itself. That was the only problem we had the whole time. I love the big bathtubs and heated floors in the bathroom and we all enjoyed sitting by the big fire on the cool evening. What a special place you have there. I am a luxury travel agent and will suggest your chateau to any of my clients coming to the Loire area and I truly hope to return myself someday soon. Thank you again for having us.
