Experience the chateau life in the heart of Paris! Le Chateau Beauregard is a unique and elegant XVIII Century family property in the 19th arrondissement in Paris, close to the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, with a  formal garden, antiques and plenty of charm. The house is very peaceful at the end of a quiet street with no through road.

The owners will provide a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay in their luxurious house. Three en-suite bedrooms & apartments are available on a a B&B basis. Breakfast comes with delicious home made jams and pastries from the local bakery and during the season can be served in the garden. A garage in the property is also available on request.

Prices quoted on the website are for exclusive hire for 9 guests. Individual rooms can be rented at discounted rates. Please enquire.

On the ground floor is the suite 'Coté Jardin'  for 2 guests with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the 'Bleu de Chine' for up to 4 guests. It comprises 2 king size bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the second floor is the 'Sacré Coeur' apartment for up to 3 guests. It comes with kitchen, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and king size bedroom.

Outside there are fantastics views over Paris and a private formal garden.

The Manor house is located in the 19th arrondissement close to Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Parc de la Villette and Cité de la Musique. Easy access to the centre by buses and subway.

The house is 5 minutes walk from subway station “Botzaris“ ( line 7b) or “Place des Fêtes“ ( line 11 ). 15 minutes by subway or bus will take you to Le Louvre, Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, the River Seine, and other major Paris attractions such as the department stores, designer shops etc.

15 minutes from Terminal Eurostar Gare du Nord. 30 minutes and 28 km from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. 5 minutes drive from the Périphérique Nord, exit Porte des Lilas.

Breakfast is provided daily upon request.

- Security deposit: This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am.
- Pets: On request.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
