Chateau De Lavaille

Through a wonderful avenue of beautifully shaped trees, standing in full splendour is the magnificent C19th Chateau Lavaille, located in 6 hectares of parkland surrounded by rare trees that were planted nearly 250 years ago.

The Chateau offers 14 comfortable double bedrooms (8 of which have en-suite bathrooms including some with Jacuzzi and massage showers). Also within the estate is a private swimming pool, a Spa (for 7 persons) and the bar.

On the ground floor is the dining room with seats for 12 people. There is also a second dining room with seating for 10. However, most of your meals in the summer will take place on the terrace outside which has seating for 30. The kitchen is fully-equipped with induction oven, gas oven, dishwasher, American fridge/, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and wine cooler. The sitting room has a large screen TV. Also on this floor is the salon with music system and harpsicord, a cloakroom and a utility room. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also internet access within the chateau.

On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms made up of three triples, 3 doubles and a twin. There are 2 bathrooms on this floor. On the second floor there are 6 double bedrooms (5 of them with en-suite bathrooms, including 2 Jacuzzis and massage showers).

Outside in the 6 hectare park is a playground for the children children, the 11x5m swimming pool with sun loungers, the BBQ and bar area, a table tennis table and a SPA for 7 persons.

The pretty rural region is ideal for walks and cycling trips. Within 30 minutes you are in Toulouse or Carcassonne, both pretty historical towns where you can spend an intriguing day out.

For water sports enthusiasts, a large lake is 15 minutes away and a day on the beach is possible too as the Mediterranean Sea is only an hour's drive away.

Shops and restaurants can be found within 5 minutes of the chateau in the nearby village just 2km away. Toulouse airport is 40km away.

Wine tasting can be organised on request and dinner can be served 2 nights during you stay if requested. Maid service is available at an extra charge.

- Security deposit: €2000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: Linen and towels must be hired for €25 per person.
