Chateau Du Puy

Chateau de Puy is situated 50 minutes from the international airport of Toulouse and the Pyrenees mountains are just an hour away making for stunning views from the house.

The Chateau sits in a 5 acre private estate in the middle of the Gers countryside (known as the "French Tuscany". It also benefits from a very large private pool set in mature grounds.

The house has 6 bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathroom to sleep up to 12 adults in luxurious comfort. Additional beds are available for up to 4 children or teenagers.

The estate has views over to the Pyrenees and comprises 5 acres that are enclosed and private. The outdoor pool is very large indeed (10x20m). The garden is very mature with many trees more than a century old. It is located in a small typically French sleepy village (only 60 residents in the village).

The chateau is located close to a whole host of amenities including a supermarket (5 mins away), chemist, restaurant and cinema. The nearest train station is Auch (35km) and the nearest airport is Toulouse (67km).

Please note: The chateau is booked on a self-catering basis only.  It may be possible to organise catering and additonal services but the owner is unable to guarantee assistance on this matter.

- Security deposit: €3000. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price in Summer. €50 per night in Winter.
- End of stay cleaning: €250.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
