Mas De Soleou

Mas Del Souleou is a totally refurbished three storey old mas that has been
beautifully appointed with chic interiors in a stunning convenient location.

Set in a spectacular landscape three acre terraced garden, the villa has
breathtaking views of the Alps, and overlooks the old french village of Mouans Sartoux, with the infamous gastro village of Mougin only five minutes away.

Within the garden is a beautiful swimming pool complete with pool house, WC and shower room. The pool house contains a full service kitchen, barbeque and dining area.

The three storey house consists of:
- Eight bedrooms and seven ensuite bathrooms.
- A main kitchen/dining area.
- Second kitchen and large lounge for either family groups or staff.
- Dining room off the main kitchen.
- Outside covered terrace, off the main kitchen a perfect shaded area to relax.
- Stone bergerie with working fireplace.
- TV room.
- Large outside dining facility for up to twenty people.
- Gym (a unique conversion, built into an old water basin set in the garden with stunning views of the Alps).
- A childrens play area with climbing frame and swings.
- Swimming pool – pool house with barbeque and dining facilities.

The ultimate in privacy with stunning views and french charm. The old mas is situated between Mougin and Grasse on a private estate, only twenty minutes from Nice airport.

The nearby amenities of Cannes, with fabulous designer shopping and restaurants are a twenty minute drive away. The train station at Mouans Sartoux has trains to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Ventimigliaon the border of Italy which has the most fantastic outdoor market.

This does not include personal laundry or any cleaning up after meals. Any staff can be provided at an extra cost to suit your needs.

Pool Heating is available at extra cost. Spring/Summer 200 euros per week,
Autumn/Winter 300 euros per week. This price is subject to the client putting on the cover overnight. If they fail to do this the pool temperature cannot be guaranteed and the cost will be higher.

Chef services can also be arranged with our Chef Service Agent – either directly by the client or arranged by ourselves. A deposit will be required depending on the contract of the service supplier.

- Security deposit: £3,000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: Included.
- Energy costs: Included.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave property as you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
