In an idyllic location close to the Loire Valley, the Château is situated in 13 hectares of parks, woodland and beautifully appointed gardens. The neighbouring farm, which was part of the original estate and the largest in Burgundy, is famed for its cheese and other fresh produce.  With an excellent range of activities for all ages in close proximity, Château de la Creche is a superb, versatile choice of venue.

In addition to the wide range of activities nearby, guests will have the benefit of the excellent facilities available on-site - a tennis court, petanque court, driving range, two par 3 golf holes, putting green, off-road buggy's, mini-golf and swimming pool are available for your group’s exclusive use, and all are located within the woodland surrounding Château de la Creche. Those with children will find the Château to have a wide range of child-friendly activities. We also offer breakfast or delicious evening meals on request.

With five large reception rooms on the ground floor, three beautifully furnished double bedrooms on the second floor and two stunning suites, one in each of the two towers, the château offers 1400sq metres of living space. All bedrooms can be arranged as twins (2 single beds) or doubles according to the needs of the group.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room. Located on the ground floor, the room enjoys exceptional views of the surrounding woodland and park, and doors that open out onto the terrace.  The room is superbly appointed, with chandeliers hanging from the high, beautifully decorated ceiling and antique tables set with damask tablecloths and crystal. The fireplace provides a focus to this majestic room. The television room (plasma TV) is wonderfully comfortable, with the Chesterfield sofas providing an ideal spot to relax with a newspaper or book, enjoy some music, or take pleasure in some quiet time in the late afternoon. Either the charming living room or the billiard room, which has the benefit of a bar (with beertender), are a stylish setting for a relaxing pre or post-dinner beverage. This floor also benefits from a library and a fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso machine).

The Chateau has eight bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating up to fifteen guests. Suite 1 comprises two double bedrooms, a salon and an en suite bathroom. We had an amazing stay at this chateau - wonderful location in the country/remote but accessible to many towns. Perfect for our children with an outdoor trampoline and many things for them to play with. The owner is on-site and made the most amazing dinners and were incredibly responsive to concerns or needs. We were thoroughly pleased and recommend to anyone with children!

Le Chateau is a magical fairytale castle for princes and princesses to live out their holiday dreams. I cannot rate the chateau, the owners and staff highly enough. We have just returned from our second visit; this time a week long stay with our friends and family to celebrate our wedding. I would highly recommend Le Chateau for any celebration or as a special place for a holiday. Hildo & Myrna are friendly, welcoming hosts and make you feel special and valued. We were so impressed with our first visit to the Chateau, we got married there the second time and we werent dissapointed. The house, the weather, the friendly owners, the swimming pool & tennis court and for us, the idelic Church - just perfect!

The owners welcomed us into their beautiful chateau and treated us as special friends. They were extremely accommodating and gave us the best holiday experience we have ever had, exceeding all of our expectations. The Chateau is tastefully renovated providing an authentic atmosphere but with modern comfort. Myrna's cooking is simply the best food I have ever tasted and I would travel half way around the world just to experience it again. Hildo arranged many activities for us which were all fantastic fun. Highlights for us were skeet shooting, buggy driving and driving Formula 3 race cars at the Magny-Cours race track which was just incredible. On other days we visited the local towns or went for walks around the Chateau grounds watching the children playing on the swings, trampoline and other equipment on the property. If you are interested in a wonderful Chateau holiday in France then I give Le Chateau my highest recommendation.
