Villa Jardinienne

The Villa Jardinienne, situated in the South of France, enjoys a perfect location between St Tropez and Cannes.  With stunning and uninterrupted views over the Mediterranean and the Gulf of St Tropez, Villa Jardinienne is a private mansion that captures the eye and the imagination.

The Villa Jardinienne can sleep up to 14 guests in its 6 large and luxurious guest bedrooms. The property has a private boat house with a mooring, a heated swimming pool, a gorgeously designed garden, and offers all the luxury and relaxation one can expect from a holiday villa in the South of France. The sandy beaches are just metres from the villa.

The rental include the use of the Jacuzzi, Hammam, scuba equipment, kayaks, the small catamaran and the 4CV motor boat!

On the ground floor there is a stunning entrance hall, living room, dining room that can comfortably seat all guests, WC and a large fully equipped modern kitchen opening onto a conservatory. There is also an air-conditioned bedroom with a king-sized four-poster bed and a Thalasso bath and separate WC.

On the first floor there are 5 large bedrooms all with spectacular views across the Mediterranean and the the Gulf of St Tropez, 4 bathrooms all with Jacuzzi facilities, a dressing room and 2 WCs.

Outside there is a magnificent terrace and swimming pool (12mx5m) with sea views.

The Villa Jardinienne is exactly 30 minutes from Cannes and St Tropez, situated in the town of Boulouris.  With numerous restaurants, and stunning secluded sandy beaches, Boulouris is close to the volcanic Estérel Massif - unknown to most tourists.

Nice is 60km from the villa. St Raphael Port Santa Lucia is the nearest town (2.4km) and perfect for water pursuits in the summer. The Villa Jardinienne is also only 90 minutes from the alpine ski slopes in winter, making it equally perfect for winter trips.

Any level of catering is possible. Please contact Sylvain prior to arrival should you need any help. Should you wish for a private chef this is possible.

- Security deposit: Enquire directly with the owner as to how much, and how it is paid. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: This is charged to expenditure (approx €300 per week). 
- End of stay cleaning: €600.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
