Villa Le Ble

The Villa Le Ble, situated in the South of France, enjoys a perfect location between St Tropez and Cannes.  With stunning views over the Mediterranean, Villa Le Ble is absolute holiday perfection. Sandy beaches are only a moment away.

Villa Le Ble can sleep up to 21 guests, with 10 guest rooms in total, all of which have an uninterrupted view of the Vila’s gardens out to the Mediterranean Ocean. The property is a private mansion, designed and built in the 1860’s, and also boasts a dramatic heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The rental includes the use of the Jacuzzi, Hammam, scuba equipment, kayaks, the small catamaran and the 4CV motor boat!

On the ground floor there are 5 air-conditioned twin bedrooms (double bed configurations possible), 5 en-suite bathrooms with multi-jet shower facilities, 5 WCs, a further large bedroom (with views across the Mediterranean) and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned suite with private terrace and stunning views across the Mediterranean. There is also a bedroom with private terrace, and en-suite shower and WC.

In the tower there is a double bedroom with air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom with multi-jet shower facilities and WC. There is a large terrace with unforgettable views across the sea and a singe bedroom and bathroom with equally impressive views. Finally there is a large Jacuzzi, Hammam and Solarium. The pool house is where a further kitchen, living room and dining room can be found.

In total there are 10 bedrooms, either with superb sea views or with views over the beautifully manicured gardens, full of bougainvilleas. Its heated swimming pool and heated balneo/jacuzzi and sauna all add to the comfort of this palace.

Villa Le Blé is exactly 30 minutes from Cannes and St Tropez, situated in the town of Boulouris.  With numerous restaurants, and stunning secluded sandy beaches, Boulouris is close to the volcanic Estérel Massif - unknown to most tourists. Nice is 60km from the villa. St Raphael Port Santa Lucia is the nearest town (2.4km) and perfect for water pursuits in the summer. Villa Le Blé is also only 90 minutes from the alpine ski slopes in winter, making it equally perfect for winter trips.

Any level of catering is possible. Please contact Sylvain prior to arrival should you need any help. Should you wish for a private chef this is possible.

- Security deposit: Enquire directly with the owner as to how much, and how it is paid. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: This is charged to expenditure (approx €300 per week). 
- End of stay cleaning: €600.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
