Chateau De La Beauly

The exquisite Chateau De La Beauly is situated within one of the oldest parts of France, the Périgord, and features a private swimming pool in extensive grounds, ensuring absolute peace and tranquillity. The Chateau De La Beauly sleeps up to 9, and guests may choose from a number of luxurious and beautifully decorated rooms.

The Chateau De La Beauly offers a tasteful and luxurious chateau holiday experience. With origins dating back to the 14th century, the chateau is one of France's listed historic monuments and has been in the family for more than 600 years. Above all though, Chateau De La Beauly is our family home and we would be happy to welcome you for a week or longer at any time of the year.

You may also wish to rent the nearby Pressoir de la Beauly which also features on the Simply Chateau website, Pressoir de la Beauly is a 5 minute walk from the chateau and can be rented along with the Pressoir allowing for parties of up to 19 guests.

The Chateau de la Beauly has 5 stunning bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 single) all with en-suite bathrooms to sleep up to 9 guests. Your accommodation comprises the right wing of the château which is entirely self-contained. It consists of the Fournial and the Chapelain placed on either side of our family chapel.

Fournial: On the ground floor there is an exquisite and large living room with open fireplace and SKY TV, a modern kitchen again with an open fireplace, a private dining area and a WC. The chateau comes complete with internet connection. On the first floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

The Chapelain: On the ground floor there is a living room with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen and dining area, guest WC and cloakroom. On the first floor there is a large double room, single room and bathroom/shower room and WC.

Outdoors you may enjoy the large private swimming pool (17x4m) and attractive gardens. There is ample garden and pool-side furniture.

The Chateau de la Beauly is located mid-way between the historic towns of Bergerac (40km) & Sarlat (28km), is a perfect spot from which to explore the Périgord, an area of lavishly impressive scenery with superb green river valleys, gorges and limestone plateaux. Le Buisson is 7km away and has excellent restaurant, shops and a train station.

Included: 2 hours maid service, 6 days per week. Daily visits by Raphael the postman to deliver and pick up mail. Pool maintenance and gardener will help manage the site.

On request: Cook (please let us know what's required on booking). Personal laundry & babysitting servive. Weddings and conferences are also possible at Beauly. There is reception room by the pool.

- Security deposit: €1000. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Guests must provide their own pool towels.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
