Really enjoyed spending my 30th birthday here with friends - weather not great but we still had a good timeand found plenty to do. Thursday market in St Astier was very nice, also many thanks to Suzanne for recommending La Palombiere restaurant in St Astier - the food and wine were excellent. Fantastic surroundings, lovely chateau and wine in the fridge - being 30 isn't so bad after all!

It has been wonderful time! Although the weather was not all the time as good as we hoped for our children did use the swimming pool, the tennis court and even the dogs (well, in fact one of them always came to play with them)! What a joy! We loved the quietness of the environment, the ancient cities and most of all the kindness of the people. Especially Nathalie & Christelle! They really helped us out in times of need! Hopefully we will be able to be back some time.
