Villa Belvue

Villa Belvue is set on a hillside in extensive and secluded grounds surrounded by woods that offer many delightful walks. It has a large well tended garden and a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and wonderful views – just the place for ‘al fresco’ dining.

Also within the grounds there is a tennis court, and both an outdoor salt water swimming pool (12x6m) and an indoor swimming pool with wave machine. You can help yourself to fresh herbs from the kitchen garden and fresh eggs every morning from the resident chicken!

The house is located only a mile away from Le Lardin or Condat for everyday essentials or Terrasson and Montignac are both four miles away for more extensive shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and weekly markets. The property is ideally situated for the Caves of Lascaux, and for exploration of the beautiful Vezere valley.

Wonderfully spacious and well equipped, the house is comfortably furnished, with various antiques, and has been decorated with love and care. The vast living room has lovely views of the surrounding hills and a comfortable sitting area with two leather sofas and an armchair around an open fireplace. The dining area with large table leads to the indoor pool with wave machine. There is an additional small sitting room with cable TV (English and Dutch channels), sofa, armchair, and a decorative antique bed. The large kitchen comes with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and electric cafetiere. A utility room houses the washing machine.

There is a play room with two single beds just beyond the indoor pool. Four further bedrooms are all reached by separate stairs. Just above the kitchen is most attractive double bedroom with an extra single bed and en suite shower room. Above the sitting room is a beamed three bedded room with a bathroom. Open tread iron stairs from the main living room lead up to a terrace and a lovely double bedroom with a large round bath. Above the play room is a double bedroom with king sized bed and bathroom.

- Security deposit: €600. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
