Pressoir De La Beauly

The beautiful Pressoir de la Beauly is situated within the estate of Chateau de la Beauly but it is entirely self-contained in private grounds. Located in the Périgord, one of the oldest parts of France, this luxury holiday rental is equipped with a private swimming pool within the grounds, ensuring absolute peace and tranquillity.

The property sleeps up to 10, and guests may choose from a number of luxurious and beautifully decorated rooms that feature original exposed beams and perfectly blend both traditional and contemporary styles with outstanding results.

You may also wish to rent the nearby Chateau de la Beauly which also features on the Simply Chateau website, Chateau de la Beauly is a 5 minute walk from the Pressoir and can be rented along with it, allowing for parties of 19 guests.

The Pressoir de la Beauly has 5 stunning bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms to sleep up to 10 guests.

There is an exquisite and large living room, a modern kitchen with sitting area and cheminee, dining room, utility room, and the property comes complete with internet connection and SKY TV.

Outdoors you can enjoy the large private swimming pool (17x4m) and gardens. There is ample garden and pool-side furniture.

The Pressoir de la Beauly is located mid-way between the historic towns of Bergerac (40km) & Sarlat (28km), is a perfect spot from which to explore the Périgord, an area of lavishly impressive scenery with superb green river valleys, gorges and limestone plateaux. Le Buisson is 7km away and has excellent restaurant, shops and a train station.

Included: 2 hours maid service, 6 days per week. Daily visits by Raphael the postman to deliver and pick up mail. Pool maintenance and gardener will help manage the site.

On request: Cook (please let us know what's required on booking). Personal laundry & babysitting servive. Weddings and conferences are also possible at Beauly. There is reception room by the pool.

- Security deposit: €1000. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Guests must provide their own pool towels.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
