The chateau sits in 5 hectares of wooded grounds with a private swimming pool overlooking the Dordogne. Daily housekeeping and a breakfast service is available, making this French chateau perfect for getting away from it all in a truly luxurious setting.

The chateau comprises 4 bedrooms and a self-contained apartment.

Les Passeroses bedroom has a breathtaking view over the Dordogne River, a large en-suite bathroom, twin beds and an additional sofa-bed. Le Jardin des Simples bedroom has twin beds and views of the lovely medieval garden. The bedroom Les Acanthes has twin beds, a sofa-bed, and opens out on to the dovecote and the river. The apartment des Lys bedroom has views over the river and the hamlet. The apartment also has its own living room with sofa-bed and a large bathroom.

On the first floor is the fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room decorated in warm, subtle Quercy saffron tones with comfortable sofas facing a stone fireplace. The vast terrace overlooks the hamlet below. The dining room has an exceptional view over the Dordogne.

From the terrace, you'll delighted by the views of a 15th century church. The sound of their charming bells never disturbs the incredible calm of this place. The terraced gardens include a private swimming pool with overflow and 5 hectares of forest.

The nearest airports to the chateau are Brive (35 km), Limoges (130km) and Toulouse (160km). The nearest town is Souillac 8km away. A Michelin starred restaurant is available just 2km away in La Treyne.

The chateau is surrounded by 120 hectares of a private forest where you will find a variety of maturing oaks of the Causses of Quercy, truffle-oaks, hornbeams and boxwoods.

The chateau is close to the centre of the Perigord and Quercy, 29km from Sarlat & 34km from Padirac.

There is the possibility to have a chef prepare lunches or dinners for about 65 Euros per person. The breakfast service comes with croissants, bread and home made jam is also available.

- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
