Chateau De La Beauly Estate

The exquisite Chateau de la Beauly & Pressoir de la Beauly are situated within the Périgord region of the Dordogne. The Beauly estate sleeps up to 19, and clients may choose from a number of luxurious and beautifully decorated rooms.

The Pressior and Chateau are 5 minutes walk from each other within beautiful grounds. Each property has its own private garden and swimming pool ensuring absolute peace and tranquillity during your stay.

Both the Chateau and the Pressoir date back to the 14th century, Beauly is one of France's listed historic monuments and has been in the same family for more than 600 hundred years. Above all though, Beauly is a family home and we would be happy to welcome you for a week or longer at any time of the year.

Chateau: The Chateau de la Beauly has 5 stunning bedrooms (4 doubles and a single) all with en-suite bathrooms to sleep up to 9 guests. The accommodation is in the right wing of the château, which is entirely self-contained, and consists of the Fournial and the Chapelain placed on either side of our family chapel.

Fournial - On the ground floor there is an exquisite and large living room with open fireplace and SKY TV, a modern kitchen with open fireplace, a private dining area and a WC. On the first floor there are 3 spacious double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The chateau comes complete with internet connection.

The Chapelin – On the ground floor there is a living room with a vaulted ceiling, kitchen and dining area, guest WC and cloakroom. On the first floor there is a large double room, single room and bathroom/shower room and WC.

Outdoors you can enjoy the large private swimming pool (17x4m) and gardens. There is ample garden and pool furniture.

Pressoir: The Pressoir de la Beauly has 5 stunning bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms to sleep up to 10 guests. There is a large living room, a modern kitchen with sitting area and cheminee, dining room, utility room, internet connection, and SKY TV.

Outside is a large private swimming pool and private garden. There is also plenty of garden and pool furniture.

The Beauly estate is located mid-way between the historic towns of Bergerac (40km) & Sarlat (28km). It is a perfect spot from which to explore the Périgord, an area of lavishly impressive scenery with superb green river valleys, gorges and limestone plateaux. Le Buisson is 7km away and has excellent restaurant, shops and a train station.

Included: 2 hours maid service, 6 days per week. Daily visits by Raphael the postman to deliver and pick up mail. Pool maintenance and gardener on hand to assist.

On request: Cook (please let us know what's required on booking). Personal laundry. Babysitter.

Weddings and conferences are also possible at Beauly. There is reception room by the pool.

- Security deposit: €2000. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price. There may be a charge for the low seasons.
- End of stay cleaning: Included in the rental price.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
