Terms and Conditions
- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 12 adults and 5 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: €12 per person. This is paid directly to the owner prior to arrival.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price (up to 500KW per week). Central heating not included.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am.
- Pets: 1 pet allowed with prior consent - please ask before booking. The Tenant must ensure that that the dog is prohibited access to the floors; the parts covered with parquet floors, the swimming pool and must respect the cleanliness of the outside area around of the Property. The Tenant will take full responsibility for damages which his animal could cause in the Property.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Contract: The owner has a rental contract that must be signed & returned to the owner before a booking can be confirmed.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
