*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 5 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1500. This is paid 10 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen, bath towels & robes are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 2pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Catering: If you are booking for Christmas or New Year the week comes catered (7 breakfasts & 5 dinners) & also includes fireworks. There is an additional charge for the catering. Please enquire.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
