Our family had a wonderful vacation at the Chateau de Neuval in June of 2008. The Chateau and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The owners took great pride in there work to restore the Chateau back to it's original glory and it show's in all there details. The view's from all the rooms where spectacular and the sunset's where just picture perfect. If you like to cook as we do, you will love that kitchen and after a long day of sightseeing and entertaining you family the luxury of the Spa room is a wonderful thing. We have rented Villa's and Chateau's all over the world and this one is definely one we will not forget.

The beautiful setting of the Chateau de Neuval makes it ideal for an unforgettable historical stay. This Chateau de Neuval has been restored to its past glory by the current owners, taking more than two decades to complete the work. The chateau’s pride, beauty and historical importance have been maintained and restored with infinite care, hard work and dedication.
A unique sense of grandeur has been recreated, reflected in the traditional tables, grand fireplaces; four-poster beds and French style oak-beamed ceilings in every bedroom. The spirit of the Chateau de Neuval has been maintained in the courtyard, where trimmed boxes, lavender and well-trimmed yews continue the authentic tradition.
The large heated pool wonderfully decorated with mosaic tiles is elegantly concealed in a fenced park providing the relaxation and privacy for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The Chateau de Neuval's history can be traced back to the final centuries of the Roman Empire. The rich historical heritage can still be found in the ancient kitchen and in the chateau caves and underground passages. Illustrious owners of the chateau include the war minister for Louis 14th and the governess of Napoleon’s only son.
