*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Security deposit: €3000 for the chateau and €3400 for the chateau and coach house. Security deposit of €6000 is required for weddings. The security deposit is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price apart from Christmas & New Year. Heating of the pool isn't included and is charged per usage.
- End of stay cleaning: Renters are encouraged to have cleaning 4 hours a day 3 times a week as a minimum. The rate is €12.50 per hour.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the chateau or chapel.
- Swimming: Children hoping to swim MUST be experienced swimmers.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
