*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 9 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Heating of the property is included in the rental price. Heating of the pool is not included and if needed will be deducted from your security deposit.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 3pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am.
- Pets: Dogs considered with prior consent.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
