Terms and Conditions
- Security deposit: €100 per person. The security deposit is payable in advance and will be refunded in full after departure subject to inspection of the house.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: An average consumption of five units of gas is included in the price of a weekly rental, two units of gas for weekends and an average use of electricity and water, the cost of additional usage will be passed on to you. There may be a charge for the low seasons.
- End of stay bedroom cleaning: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay reception rooms and kitchen cleaning: Not included but cleaner available on request otherwise up to the guests.
- Arrival time: 1pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Internet: Occasional Wifi access is available in the owner's house. This is for the occasional login, not heavy use.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property as we are not able to claim these on our own insurance. We will provide an invoice for any claims.
