*Please note that properties are priced in either Euros or GBP Sterling but are all displayed in GBP for ease of comparison. All deposits will be charged in GBP using the exchange rate on the day of the booking. The balance may go up or down in line with fluctuations in the exchange rate between now and the date that the balance is due.
Terms and Conditions
- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 5 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €2500. The security deposit is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Electricity and water included. Fuel is charged to expenditure.
- End of stay cleaning: Included.
- Arrival time: Flexible to suit client needs. Please arrange with owner prior to arrival.
- Departure time: Flexible to suit client needs. Please arrange with owner prior to arrival.
- Pets: Please enquire.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Contract: A rental contract between the owner of the chateau and the client making the booking must be signed before a booking can be confirmed.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
