La Chapelle de Brouilly is situated opposite the Luberon, a mountain and nature park in France’s famous Provence region. This superb country farmhouse sleeps up to 17 guests and is ideal for a large group of family & friends. Built on the site of a former 12th century priory, with 5 hectares of private grounds containing a large enclosed swimming pool with two alarms and tennis courts, this is a wonderfully welcoming property.

The glowing colours of the riverside bluffs stretching from Bruoux to Roussillon provide a wonderful backdrop to this tranquil area of France dotted with Provencale markets, a lavender museum, the hilltop village of Lacoste and its ancient castle which was once the property of the Marquis de Sade.

Consisting of 3 neighbouring houses that are rented in exclusivity for groups of up to 17 the property is luxurious, tranquil and secluded. There are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 kitchens, 3 lounges and a number of large shaded terraces.

The main house (180m2) has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps 6. There is also a sofa-bed & a cot. The garden flat has 2 double bedrooms and also sleeps 6. There is also a sofa-bed. The Marious garden flat has 2 double bedrooms and a sofa-bed and sleeps 5-7. Facilities include telephone, satellite TV, cleaner, gardener and on request 2 chefs and a baby-sitter.

Outside within 5 hectares of private grounds is a large enclosed swimming pool 15 x 7 m with two alarms. There are also a private tennis courts, several dining terraces, bicycles, boules, plenty of parking and panoramic views. The property is fully enclosed with electric gates and alarm.

The nearest airport is at Avignon (30km) and the nearest town is Gargas, which just 5 minutes away.

With a swimming pool, tennis court, a bowls court and bicycles at the house there is more than enough for an active holiday. However, should you want to really get out and about there are plenty of nearby hikes, horse riding (less than 1km away) and a water sports centre (less than 20km away).

The town centre is less than 3km away and provides a range of amenities. The airport (less than 40km), the sea (less than 80km), a lake (less than 3km) and the TGV Station (less than 35 km) provide further entertainment for a great stay.

- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
