*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Security deposit: €600. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: Renting of bath linen and bed linen is optional. We are happy to provide these for you. Note that our towels are not intended to be used at the swimming pool. Price: 18 euros p.p.p.w.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
