All deposits will be charged in GBP using the exchange rate on the day of the booking. The balance may go up or down in line with fluctuations in the exchange rate between now and the date that the balance is due.

Terms and Conditions

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 24 adults and 6 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Well trained pets allowed.
- Smoking: Only on the ground floor (not in the bedrooms).
- Contract: Please note that to confirm the booking you will need to sign and return the contract that the owner sends to you. A booking cannot be confirmed until this contract has been signed and returned.
- Weddings: There is an additional charge if you wish to hire the chateau for a wedding due to the extra work involved and wear and tear.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
