The Chateau de Chiffre comes complete with private pool, can sleep up to 11 lucky guests and is air conditioned throughout.

The chateau comprises 230m2 of living space in a private park of more than 5000m2. On the ground floor is the living room with open fire and a sofa bed for 2 guests. There is a spacious dining room leading on to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 large twin bedrooms, each with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. There is also an office/games room that can be used as an additional bedroom for the young guests with 3 single convertible beds.

On the first floor is a large twin room with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor is a further large twin bedroom with direct access to the balcony.

Outside the vineyard stretches over a 70 hectare estate that lies at the foot of Mont Caroux and beside the Haut Languedoc Regional Park. A 12x6m fenced private pool also sits within the grounds. The outdoor dining terrace is 70m2.

Shopping and amenities are only 2km away in Autignac. Golf is available 20km away. Horse riding, fishing, kayaking and hiking are 15km from the chateau. The beach is 35km away. A tennis court is available in the local village.

The property is 95km from Montpellier airport and both Carcassonne and Perpignan are just 110km away.

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 3 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €2000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Towels are available for €5 p/p.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: €100 per week. If more than 5 hours is needed it will be charged at €20 p/h.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
