*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 3 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €2000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Towels are available for €5 p/p.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: €100 per week. If more than 5 hours is needed it will be charged at €20 p/h.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Yes.
- Smoking: Ground floor only (not including bedrooms).
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
