*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.

Terms and Conditions

- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 10 adults and 2 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €1500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: If you require pool heating it is €300 per week.
- End of stay cleaning: €100.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Pets allowed by prior arrangement.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
