*Please note that prices are quoted in either Euros or GBP Sterling depending on the property. However, all deposits will be charged in GBP sterling using the exchange rate on the day the booking is confirmed.
Terms and Conditions
- Capacity: The property comfortably sleeps 34 adults and 11 children or teenagers.
- Security deposit: €500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure (within 30 days) subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All bed linen is included in the rental price. Please bring your own towels.
- Energy costs: There is a 40 euro per day charge for central heating if required. This will be deducted from the security deposit.
- End of stay cleaning: Included.
- Arrival time: 2pm onwards.
- Departure time: 11am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Banqueting hall: For weddings it is obligatory to hire the banqueting hall (to seat up to 200) at a cost of €2000.
- Additional beds: Extra beds for groups over 34 are charged at €100 per bed.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
