You enter the chateau to a large entrance hall offering access to 4 reception rooms including a kitchen equipped with a large dishwasher. The office on the ground floor provides an internet access point for guests. There is also a downstairs WC on this floor.
The first floor contains a music room (an entertainment room equipped with a DVD and video cassette recorder) and a library. The floor also has 3 bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom facilities) with double, twin and single bed configurations.
Three bedrooms on the second floor come complete with en suite washing facilities (2 with double beds and one with twin beds). There are also 3 further bedrooms on this floor, 2 with full sized double beds and one with twin beds.
The third floor houses 3 luxurious suites. The first suite has two bedrooms, each with full sized double beds, a small reception room and en suite bathroom. The second suite also has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one twin bed room) and an en suite bathroom, while the third suite also has two bedrooms with full sized double beds, a small sitting room and en suite bathroom; both bedrooms have double beds. There is an additional double bedroom on this floor with an en suite bathroom.
The estate lies within 56 acres of tranquil gardens and parkland. The estate is located behind gated and secured walls and as such offers excellent security for large groups with children. The gravel driveway extending up to the front of the chateau provides a serene and idyllic setting for an afternoon cocktail and game of boules in the sun. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture together with a BBQ are available for outdoor use by guests.
A distinctive feature of the chateau is the substantial number of outbuildings that comprise the estate that can be used for an assortment of functions and events. The Orangerie accommodates up to 100 people and can be used for seminars and receptions. The Anciennes Ecuries can seat up to 20 people and can be used for seminars and catered events. For catered occasions the facility comes with WCs, a catering kitchen and separate parking area for non-resident guests.
