Q: Do I have to pay for an inspection trip?
A: No. Most chateaux offer a night’s complimentary accommodation and a tasting menu free of charge.
Q: Can I bring my partner, a friend or relative to accompany me on an inspection trip?
A: Absolutely, it’s a good idea to be accompanied by someone. Please advise the Chateau in advance if you are planning to stay overnight.
Q: When should the inspection trip take place?
A: As soon as possible as dates get booked very early. As soon as you have made your choice of chateau please contact us.
Q: Can I hire the chateau exclusively and for how long?
A: Yes you can, you will need to liaise with the chateau owner regarding capacity and availability.
Q: Can you cater for my 300 guests?
A: Yes we can, there are many choices, for large parties we suggest a beautiful meal in the gardens/grounds perhaps with a marquee.
Q: How many guests can sleep in the chateau?
A: Some chateaux can accommodate up to 300 guests.
Q: Can we request an English speaking Priest to conduct our blessing ceremony?
A: Yes, absolutely, please advise your wedding consultant who can organise the necessary arrangements.
Q: Are children welcome in the chateau?
A: Yes and most chateaux offer lots of children’s activities such as trampoline, clowns and games.
Q: I like the idea of fireworks and a horse drawn carriage. Can the chateau provide this for me?
A: Absolutely! Let us organise the fairytale wedding you always dreamed of.
Q: Are French menus expensive & what menu choices do I have?
A: You can choose a wedding menu from as little as 30 Euros per head. Expert Chefs are on hand to design a mouth-watering menu to suit your taste and budget! We’ll also take care of your wedding cake too!
Q: Can the chateaux offer self catering?
A: This is often possible but you will need to check with the Venue Co-ordinator.
Q: Following an inspection trip, should I decide not to proceed with the chateau can I request further inspection trips?
A: Yes, no problem. This is part of the service we offer.
